Retained HR Subscription

You can choose from one of our service options or we can create a tailored package for your needs which can include onsite and/or offsite HR support.

We are conscious that you may only need support one or two days a month to keep on top of HR matters or you may benefit from a larger amount of HR support that can be used as and when which equalises over a 12 month basis for example.

Level 1 Support – Virtual HR Subscription
It is important that a business can run as smoothly as possible and that HR issues do not restrict this. I can offer a “Virtual HR Manager” who would be responsible for providing advice and support on all HR related issues and create appropriate documentation to ensure legal compliance and a consistent approach across the business. Support is by telephone and email and would cover issues such as Recruitment advice, Performance Management, Contracts of employment, Discipline & Grievance, Absence, Maternity, Paternity, Adoption, Flexible working and other family friendly matters.

The support complies with legislation and includes coaching/advice to ensure the business achieves the most desirable outcome for all parties. Where employment legislation changes impact on the business I would provide early warnings in the form of emails and updates where necessary. The support would be unlimited, however there are restrictions on access; I cannot provide a 24/7 service. 

Level 2 Support – Reactive HR Subscription
All support as in level 1 plus on-site support for things such as disciplines, grievances, investigations, general queries from employees.

Level 3 Support – Proactive HR Subscription
We believe this solution to be of most benefit as we take a proactive approach to HR. You receive all the support of level 1 and 2 but in addition we work on agreed projects such as absence management, performance management, recruitment, business coaching, appraisal process, training and development, using all the services we can provide. We will help design the processes and work with you to get them embedded into the business, all which will add value and reduce future issues rather than just deal with issues as they arise.
