We are able to offer a ‘call off’ arrangement.
This is where you are invoiced an agreed number of days, you pay it, and you then ‘call off’ the time against it.
For instance, if we agree 1 day you then bank 7 hours’ worth of time to call off as you wish.
Rest Assured we do not work like lawyers and have a stop clock for every call and emailed question/query. Initial calls & queries can usually be dealt with immediately and would not necessarily be counted against the time. Where time is required to be deducted you would be advised so it is fully transparent. Likewise, once that banked time was nearly depleted, we would let you know in plenty of time so we could discuss a ‘top up’.
